Our long-term client recently completed the construction of a unique apartment building comprising 48 apartments of which half are designated Affordable Rental Housing (ARH).
With the intention of retaining the ARH apartments for investment and selling down the remaining stock, we were set the task of structuring a flexible and keenly priced investment facility.
Our Solution
The Brokerage was pleased to complete the full life cycle of financing for the project, having earlier arranged site acquisition funding, construction funding finally this long-term investment loan solution.
