Our clients came to us looking to upgrade to a larger owner-occupied property to better suit their growing family. While their first preference was to stay with their existing lender, we quickly identified that their ideal purchase price couldn’t be achieved under those lending parameters.
To overcome this, we explored alternative options and secured approval with a mid-tier lender that could fund their full purchase price and more. We implemented a two-step strategy: first, arranging an equity release from their current lender to be used as the deposit, followed by full funding from the new lender.
Thanks to a proactive approach and seamless execution, the clients are now happily settled in their new home.
