She began her career in credit administration before progressing into a Senior Broker Support Specialist role, working across asset and equipment finance and working capital solutions. Hazel has also gained lender‑side experience as an Application Administration Officer and now focuses on supporting clients within the mortgage space. Known for being detail‑oriented, reliable, and easy to work with, Hazel enjoys supporting brokers and clients behind the scenes to ensure applications are accurate, well‑structured, and progressing smoothly. She values clear communication and strong lender relationships to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of work, Hazel enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be part of the collaborative team at The Brokerage and is focused on deepening her mortgage knowledge, with a long‑term goal of progressing into a credit analyst role.
