Ashley Dyer is an Operations Support & Lending Analyst at The Brokerage, supporting residential and commercial lending with a strong focus on compliance, file quality and operational efficiency. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Marketing) at QUT as a Dean’s Scholar. Ashley brings hands‑on experience from BOQ Specialist, where she supported business lending applications, credit assessments, valuations and loan documentation. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, she provides reliable support to brokers and analysts across the lending process. Outside of work, Ashley has a long‑standing passion for dance, which has been a significant part of her life. She remains actively involved through coaching and teaching, bringing creativity, discipline and leadership into everything she does.
