The Brokerage had previously arranged a bank loan facility for an existing developer client secured by a service station and DA approved sites in SE QLD.
Due to a requirement to move quickly on the construction of a car wash, The Brokerage leveraged its contacts in private lending to secure short-term funding for the construction.
Our Solution
On completion of the car wash we arranged a revaluation of the portfolio and sourced a new investment loan over the portfolio of assets. The 5-year term funding package was at market leading rates and included $1m in cash out for the client to seek further opportunities.
This solution is a typical example of our ability to assist developer clients work through a full development cycle by providing site finance, development finance with bank or non-bank lenders and then providing long term investment funding.
