A trusted existing client required a construction loan to develop a corner-block site to transform into a retail store and two fast food restaurants.
The Brokerage team were able to arrange secure funding from a credit union at 67% LVR within a regional area of NSW.
The project is partially pre-committed, through a signed lease with BCF. There are also two agreements to lease with major fast-food tenants.
