The Brokerage was engaged by an existing client to arrange short term working capital finance to assist with a large commercial construction contract being undertaken with the local council.
Our Solution
A $500,000 facility was approved, documented and settled in the same week which allowed the client to scale up on contractors and commence the contract on time.
No property security was taken and the lenders were happy to rank behind major PPSR charges.
We were able to negotiate a waiver of early exist fees as the client planned to payout the facility post completion of the contract.
